CANCELLATION POLICY

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following: A 20% deposit of the total service price is required to complete booking. Deposit Terms: All appointments are confirmed and protected by your deposit. This amount will be fully applied toward your total service cost checkout. Refunds: The deposit is full refundable if you canceled/ reschedule at least 24 hrs in advance. Late Charges: Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being forfeited. Group Booking: Reducing the number of guests without at least 24 hours notice will result in a 20% charge of the servie price for each no show guest.
